We currently ship to Australia and the United States.
Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above $150 AUD.
Flat Rate Shipping: For orders below $150 AUD, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 AUD applies.
Shipping Timeframes: Please allow 5-10 working days for standard shipping within Australia, and 10 - 30 days for shipping to the United States.
Tracking your order:
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery.
Returns
We want you to love your HerMoment jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
How to return an item:
Please get in touch through the contact form on our website with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with easy return instructions and the return address.
Returned items must be securely packaged in their original condition with all tags attached.
Please note:
You are responsible for the cost of return postage when you have changed your mind. If the return is due to an error on our part, or the item is faulty, we cover the postage both ways.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return for your peace of mind.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned items.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy is offered in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
