We currently ship to Australia and the United States.
Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above $150 AUD.
Flat Rate Shipping: For orders below $150 AUD, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 AUD applies.
Shipping Timeframes: Please allow 5-10 working days for standard shipping within Australia, and 10 - 30 days for shipping to the United States.
Tracking your order:
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery.
Returns
We want you to love your HerMoment jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
How to return an item:
Please contact us via email at hello@hermomentjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with easy return instructions.
Returned items must be securely packaged in their original condition with all tags attached.
Please note:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return for your peace of mind.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned items.
