Returns
Fourteen days from the day it is delivered. Not from the day you ordered, because a gift often sits unopened for a fortnight before the occasion.
The short version
- Fourteen days from delivery.
- Unworn, in its box, with the Certificate of Authenticity and the warranty card.
- Return postage is at your cost when you have simply changed your mind. We recommend a tracked service so the parcel can be followed.
- Refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of the piece reaching us.
What cannot be returned
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons. This is standard across the industry and we are sorry we cannot make an exception.
- Engraved and made to order pieces, including rings sized specifically for you. These were made for one person and cannot be resold.
If something is wrong with the piece
A faulty piece is a different situation entirely. If a piece arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or fails in normal wear, we cover the postage both ways and you are not out of pocket. Nothing on this page limits your rights when something is genuinely wrong.
Rings made to order
On a made to order ring we exchange for size rather than refund for change of mind, because the ring was set for a specific finger. The first resize is free within 60 days. You cover the postage to send it in, and we cover the postage to send it back to you.
If you would rather keep the flexibility of a change of mind, choose a Ready to go ring or a necklace. A pendant needs no size and cannot be the wrong fit.
How to start a return
Send us a message through the contact page with your order number. We will reply the same business day with the return address and simple instructions.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy is offered in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
