Every qualifying HerMoment design is covered by our Lifetime Brilliance Warranty. These are the terms it runs on.
1. Warranty coverage
HerMoment Jewelry offers a Lifetime Brilliance Warranty on all qualifying designs purchased directly from our website or from our official Amazon stores.
Every qualifying design comes with an official HerMoment Certificate of Authenticity and Lifetime Brilliance Card carrying a unique verification code. The code confirms that your moissanite has been inspected and approved by our jeweller for lifetime brilliance under normal wear.
Purchases made through any seller other than our website or our official Amazon stores are not recognised as authentic HerMoment products and are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty applies only to designs featuring premium moissanite stones. It does not extend to items containing cubic zirconia or other mixed stone compositions.
2. Eligibility
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the moissanite stone and is not transferable. You must keep proof of purchase, being your order number, receipt or invoice, to activate it.
3. What the warranty includes
- Protection against loss of brilliance or fire caused by defective materials or craftsmanship.
- Replacement of the moissanite stone if it permanently loses its brilliance under normal wear.
4. What the warranty excludes
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by physical abuse, including scratches, chips or cracks from dropping, knocking or mishandling the stone.
- Moissanite stones altered by any third party jeweller or service provider not authorised by HerMoment Jewelry.
- Loss or theft of the moissanite stone.
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures or other environmental conditions.
5. Activating your warranty
To activate your Lifetime Brilliance Warranty, register your moissanite stone on the warranty registration page within 30 days of your purchase.
6. Repair or replacement
Where a claim is valid, HerMoment Jewelry will assess the condition of the moissanite stone. If it is eligible, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. The original stone must be returned to us for assessment, and the cost of returning it is yours.
7. Limitation of liability
HerMoment Jewelry's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the moissanite stone. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental loss arising from the use of the product, including loss of value, sentimental loss or any other indirect loss.
8. Our discretion
HerMoment Jewelry may decline warranty cover where there has been misuse, negligence, or a failure to follow the care instructions supplied with the piece.
9. Changes to these terms
HerMoment Jewelry may change or end the Lifetime Brilliance Warranty at any time without notice. Any change does not affect moissanite stones purchased before the change was made.
10. Your agreement
By activating your warranty you agree to these Lifetime Brilliance Warranty terms and conditions.
11. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is given in addition to, and does not limit, exclude or modify, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These terms apply from 11 September 2026. Pieces bought before that date are covered by the terms published at the time of purchase.
