Shipping and delivery
We publish an arrival date on every product page, because when you are buying a gift the date is the thing you actually need to know.
Two ways to receive it

The cut-off
2pm AEST, Monday to Friday. Order before it on a Ready to go piece and it leaves the next business day. The countdown on our product pages shows exactly how long you have.
Ordering for a date
Use the Ready to go filter to see only the pieces that can travel fastest, and check our occasion cut-off dates before you order. If you are close to the line, message us and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Tracking
Every order is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. Your tracking number is sent the moment the parcel leaves us. We ship to PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
Packaging
Your order travels in a plain unbranded satchel, so nothing on the outside suggests jewellery. Inside is the navy HerMoment box with its white satin ribbon and the lit case.
Button battery safety
The lit presentation case contains CR2032 button batteries. The case is not a toy.
WARNING: this product contains a button or coin battery. Keep new and used batteries out of reach of children. If you think a battery may have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention. Swallowing can lead to serious injury or death in as little as two hours, through chemical burns and perforation of the oesophagus.
- The battery compartment is secured and is not designed to be opened by a child.
- Do not leave the case where a child under 36 months can reach it.
- Dispose of used batteries immediately and safely, out of a child's reach.
- A safety card carrying this warning is enclosed with every order.
If you would prefer your order without the lit case, tell us in the order notes at checkout and we will send the piece in a plain case instead, at no extra cost.
Returns
Fourteen days from delivery to change your mind, with return postage at your cost. If a piece is faulty we cover the postage both ways. Full detail is on the returns page.
